In my 30 years of teaching, the UIL Executive Secretaries have always been very professional and have sent schedules in a timely manner. They are aware of the importance of getting the information out sooner rather than later.

If the schedule is not posted on the website, you haven't received it in your inbox, or it is not in your SPAM/Junk folder, check with another director in your region to see if they have received it.

FWIW, I prefer web postings or Band app postings over email. If one letter/number is wrong or the domain (.net vs. .edu) is wrong, the email won't go through, not to mention district filters.
