Right now I'm further in, and hear you completely. This weekend has been one of frustration and I can't turn off the brain on trying to figure out solutions to some issues we're having. I'm glad marching season is only a few more weeks in length. I'm beginning to think it's time to exit where I'm at and at least find a place with more support so I don't have to kill myself as much.

The only answer I really have to you is that if you're open to moving elsewhere, other states care less about marching band. Plenty of schools are okay with getting a one and being done after qualifying for Area.

This is not healthy, there is no doubt about that at all. I know too many friends who have gotten divorced for exactly what you're listing.
