Here's a pic of a JAPANESE BLUEBERRY TREE, Eleocarpus decipiens, I got as a small start, and have been growing in a 2 -gallon pot. It has now gotten large enough to go into the ground, I think. I hope to plant it, next year. This is not the plant that produces the blueberries we like in muffins and pancakes, but another broad-leaved evergreen (BLE), for those who like plants that retain foliage, all year long. It does produce a "blue" berry that resembles the known fruit...

Here is 'Fluffy Ruffles', in its summer glory. It is a form of Boston fern, that has a different leaf form. It goes semi-dormant, over the winter, and sheds some of its leaves. Its getting pretty big. I think it'll need a 3 or 5 gallon pot, next year...
