I wouldn't worry about it till maybe 15F . Mine stays outside and has come back from low teens . When I protect it I wrap Xmas lights around it and wrap it with blankets .
Last winter I didn't protect it because my low was 19F . The trunk says solid from 10F into the low teens . Below that I like to throw blankets on it with a little supplemental heat .
You have plenty of time to get ready to protect it because 20'sF don't hurt the trunk from my experience .
I'm assuming it is an Ensete maurelii and if not I wouldn't be quite as sure of its hardiness . .
