To me, it sounded like a good speech. She spoke of the numerous challenges in Spain and how Leonor being a young woman of the times can play a role in helping combat these issues.
I have read though where a few people likened her speech to that of politician at a political rally.
Very biased, partisan and no mention whatsoever about the Crown, the King or the parliamentary monarchy. Very different, formworse, to the speech in 1986. The King even used it in his speech to her daughter before the luncheon.
What was so pathetic about Francina's speech?
A really cool video of the side by side comparison of Leonor's swearing allegiance to the constitution versus her father in 1986.

Yesterday, having reached her majority, Princess Leonor swore allegiance to the constitution and loyalty to the King before the Cortes
A beautiful ceremony, except the speech by the President of the Cortes, which was pathetic
The Princess wore a white suit and the miniature of the Golden Fleece.

After the ceremony at the congress, another ceremony at the Royal Palace, where she was invested with the collar of the Order of Carlos III. The Prime Minister, as chancellor of the Order, passed the collar to the King who, as Grand Master of the Order, invested the Princess.
Later, the Royal Family saluted the guest to a luncheon at the Throne Room.
