She was an ancestress of Habsburgs though and it makes sense to include her to see if, at all, it was a pre-existing genetic trait which possibly may have come from her as well, in this case it being ruled out.
Yes, I guess I can understand that although it was her husband, Maximilian I who seems to have been the first known Habsburg to display the famous jutting jaw (as his portraits show).
