I’d say they are the most recent common ancestors of all European royalty, save for Montenegro which has no known or recorded genealogical connections to any of the others now.

History has dubbed Queen Victoria and Christian, king of Denmark, as parental in-laws of Europe's royalty. I believe that King Nicholas of Montenegro might be included on this listing as well. Are there others?
