Yes, I know that the Obrenovic are no longer reigning or, even, extant except, possibly in the illegitimate line through Winston Churchill, but your post did say "all reigning and former reigning monarchs" and the Obrenovic are former reigning Kings of Serbia. But I was just genuinely asking.

Erik, I see below that this includes the Albanians, but does it also include the Petrović-Njegoš (Montenegro) and the Kardjordjević and Obrenović (Serbia)?
sorry, but Montenegro is the only one not included - Karadordevic through Marie von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen, wife of king Alexander I - Obrenovic is no longer ruling
