We filled the ground on 8 occassions last season doss. Ticket prices will be £2 on average higher next season, they would have been as high as £27 if the fans hadn't objected. With the cost of living crisis, that will have an impact next season.

I'm not saying the Club shouldn't expand capacity, but there are other options they can look at. Building a standalone Railway End or Pop Side (with exec boxes) wouldn't cost anything like £23 to £27m + interest.

Mark Stott has never stated that he aims to get the Club to the Premier League. His objective on arrival was to bring Championship football to Edgeley Park in 7 years.

We also don't know how long Mark Stott intends to remain at the Club? Is he looking to take us to the Championship and sell us on? Is he looking to be here for longer?

Moving up the pyramid is going to come at a price. County posted losses of £4.9m to June 2022. If we get to the Championship, we can expect losses between £10m to £20m a year comfortably.

If we get to the Premiership, the financial rewards are massive, but if it doesn't pay off, we could lose everything, including the Club.

The Club can develop and grow, it just needs to be done in a more sustainable manner and we shouldn't be totally reliant on Mark Stott, which we are at the moment.
