Well, you asked for it. This is going to be a long one.

The figures I have given here are accurate and from reputable sources
So you’re saying your figures, which are obtained from a single paragraph on some random website you’ve Googled, are a reputable source compared to the Office of National Statistics?
That’s simply not true, is it?

Unlike the completely distorted figure you went on to post here to support your views - which you have now been forced to humiliatingly correct. So much for your smart guy claims that all views here ought to be based on empirical evidence or they are valueless.
You call the difference between 4.4% and 4.8% ‘completely distorted’ and yet you’re happy to accept that your 1.2% jump in 3 years isn’t ‘completely distorted’?
All 3 sets of data I’ve referred to comes directly from the ONS.
The 4.4% figure is derived from this data below, which is a breakdown of Religion by ethnic group by language:
Whilst the ONS figures differ by 0.4% (as census data can only consider the questions that were answered), it’s hilarious that you’d suggest your source is reputable in comparison.

Just what opinions do you have Nik - they never seem to be stated. So let's hear them. What is your view of illegal migration to this country?
It’s a complicated subject; I’m not sure how far your understanding of ‘illegal migration to this country’ stretches, but not all illegal migration is done so clandestinely. There’s also people who enter the UK legally and remain beyond their permitted stay; there’s failed asylum seekers and there’s people who again are in the UK lawfully but breach the conditions of their stay (for example, work when not permitted to work etc). It’s not as simple as stopping boats crossing the channel to put a stop to illegal migration and it was never as simple as ‘getting Brexit done’ either. The majority of asylum seekers who cross on boats are either granted asylum when they apply for it or successfully appeal refusals, so are genuine refugees.
My personal viewpoint on it varies; do I have sympathy for a Student who overstays their visa? No, not really. Do I have sympathy for those fleeing persecution and claiming asylum? Absolutely. We are a country should help those less fortunate; we’d expect the same of other countries if we were fearing persecution.

Do you think it's right that 1.1mil visas were granted to people to live in the UK in the last year?
The vast majority of visas granted are either international students who are paying tens of thousands to study in the UK or are people coming here to work in the UK. Almost all of the 1.1 million you reference have no access to public funds (like benefits) and also have to pay a yearly fee to access the NHS).
If people want to come to the UK and contribute, then I’m all for it.
Do you agree with the slaughter of animals by cutting their throats without stunning them?
My viewpoint is that if you have a problem with Halal but aren’t a vegetarian or a vegan then you’re a hypocrite
There’s no humane way to slaughter an animal; you’re still killing it to consume it.

What is your opinions about the thousands of young girls who have been sexually abused by Pakistani grooming gangs?
I think it’s sickening and I hope that perpetrators of such offences are punished to the full extent of the law, as I do with all perpetrators from all races/nationalities . I don’t often see people like yourself making a song and dance about the majority of child sexual exploitation being conducted by white people. The issue of ‘grooming gangs’ only ever comes up when the debate surrounds Muslims/Asians. When you and others are taking a stand against the majority of white people sexually abusing children, then I’ll be willing to take your position more seriously.
There isn’t enough reputable information out there to conclude either way on what lengths these ‘Sharia Courts’ are implementing these ‘laws’, none of which are recognised within the UK.

So, there you have it; answers to all of your questions and plenty of reputable sources to go with it.
