You were quite right previously about the ever-shrinking "realms" of the Commonwealth. The present-day value of the Commonwealth lies in the economic, political spheres and connections it affords its members, and not some sentimental attachment to British monarchs. Barbados was out the door even before the Queen died last year and others in that region which I know well seem to be inclined the same way - St. Lucia, St. Kitts, St. Vincent, Jamaica, name it. And then of course, not a single former colony now independent on the African continent retains Charles as a king. So the trend is clear indeed. The ever-shrinking "realms" should probably have their own separate seating, it probably won't require much space if things continue in the present direction....
The only one who might be lying awake about his seating arrangements lives in the Commonwealth of Montecito.
