From Canada, the Governor General & the PM will attend. A contingent of Royal Canadian Mounted Police will ride with The Household Cavalry. What about Australia?

They are, indeed, but that is not what you said: "would a nation that is fully independent - i.e, has its own president/monarch or other head of state, take a priority in front row seating over a nation that remains a realm with a high commissioner or other representative present?"
I think that we can assume that the Prime Ministers of all of His Majesty's other realms will be invited to the Coronation. It would be logical for them or their representatives to be accorded priority over other Commonwealth countries. But if Charles follows the Windsor tradition, there might be no discernible principle in play.
