A great job Lloyd. Your ranch and surrounding property is beautiful. Like Jason over in Pennsylvania, it's hard running the ranch and all of life's other business activities but you made the time.
Planting this type of plat (and your larger one as well) will look sparse until the plants fill in and wont get the love from admirers right away but in time, it will.
Thanks for posting the pics. Its a tedious chore in posting but much appreciate and filled with great information. If I find anything suitable for your climate that you can't live without, I'll let you know. Thanks friend. Amazing.
