I was unaware that the better the drainage the lower temperatures they can take in many situations. The air is so moist here and usually all year round and I guess its caused by humidity. It makes it difficult. Its not a dry climate here.
Im familiar with the area somewhat but have never visited. My nephew currently works in employment and job training for the BIA in Winnebago and he isn't liking it. He's hoping for a transfer in the spring to Bloomington, MN. or Nashville, Tennessee. It sure would be great to have him closer to home. Thanks Lloyd for taking the time to share.
