Look at the name plate on the left hand side of the photo. The top of it is protruding above the rounded side of the torch. This one looks like someone smacked the burner on top with a sledgehammer, forcing it to dent downward resulting in the name plate top remaining in it's original position. The name plates were usually fixed to the torch body with spot welds on either side of the oval shaped plate, not on the top or bottom of the plate. Look for hammer impact marks on the top of the burner. If not hit with a hammer, then some type of other force was applied to misshape the torch body.
