Re: Newer Little Wizard questions.

Thank you David Winters for your response. I admit I am new to these lanterns although I've used many a lantern in my young days on the farm. I am now retired and living in Florida and enjoy refurbishing an old rusty lantern to make it useful once again. I now have several and have been bitten by the bug. Some things are just hard for me to understand, but I now have a handle on what "streamlined" means. The Little Wizard I am working on seems common as I see several on eBay just like it. I thought that most of the Dietz lanterns were marked with Patent dates and date of manufacture up until 1956 or so, but I believe I was wrong on that train of thought as I have a Comet (Made in the United States Of America) that also does not have any Patent or Manufacture dates although I have another Comet that looks identical and is marked....go figure, huh? I will say there is a bucketful of knowledge to be learned and I only know a dropful. Thanks again, Bob Leibold
