Harry, I believe It should burn 70 hours if you ordered them with the 5/8" burner. It looks like the size fount used on the Little giant which was stamped "70 hour fount capacity", then it seems the fount shape was streamlined and used for the Large fount Little Wizards and #100s. On my #100 Specials it has stamped on the fount "Burn with 3/8" flame" and are fitted with Comet burners. Looking at my #100s with 5/8" burners, I see they are the rising-cone types and they aren't marked for any owner so I can't say if they are from CA or not but I don't think the state was a determining factor in the size burner used.
