Hi Peg, an error in the address won't allow your link to work. I think this looks like a cross between an Embury No.2 Air pilot fount and the side tubes from a No.1 Little air Pilot. I haven't had any luck searching either, maybe another of us has seen one before? I sure haven't, I'll try this link,
