Looking for origins of this lamp

Hello I was referred to you by the Intl Guild of Lamp Researchers to help determine the origins of this lamp. The globe says No 460 Trade Mark Wheel Brand Hong Thong Metal Works Company Ltd. Next to the fount it says Lantern No. 460 WINNER.
Just wondering if you can identify.
