This is probably one of the last Rayo's made by Prisco who went out of business in 1919 but most likely turned to different products during WWI. Therefore it would date to 1916-1917. Note the Dietz-licensed grommets on the bail connection. I think we will find that the Rayo's made 1917-1920 are from the 1917 Embury catalog.
