That has to be a rare find. It has the Paull's Leader globe wires and the undulating lift plate is one I have on other Paull's, only inverted and mounted on the inside of the tube. Given the O ring pull and the gallery pin-lock burner, I would date this as 1905-1910. Please confirm that there is a pin on the burner gallery that engages the channel on the burner cone.
