The sunburst bottom appears on both the Blizzard and the D-Lite in 1934, followed by the PacMan pull ring and domed crown. You will probably find them with the USA fill cap as well, however I try not to pay attention to interchangeable parts. The streamlines were made alongside the old versions for almost a decade and the only thing really new about them was the streamline tubes and fount shape and the straight sided bail.
That really cleaned-up nice!
