You may be looking for a long time. If they actually made any streamline Blizzards or D-Lites in 1937 it would be an obscenely rare few. Same thing if you find a 1936 Monarch or Little Wizard. It doesn't look like many No.2 C.B.'s were made in streamline in 1938-1939 either.
That 1932 patent is for the crimped tube-to-chimney bell connection.
