Have not been feeling the best! Still feeling weak if I do too much. I have some type of flu! Still feel weak and a little wobbly! The boys are both fine and kept me busy! Other than a little weakness. I am back to normal.

Unfortunately I think that's our new norm in this brave new world.

My best friend got Covid at some point in the past few years and I'm almost positive that she now has long-Covid. I'm wondering when I was so deathly sick in November of 2019 if it wasn't Covid before they were aware it was out there and now I'm dealing with residual effects.

And on the more practical side it doesn't help that the temps are brutal outside and inside buildings/homes the AC is going.

Our temp is staying at 97. Much too hot!

Saturday here was 97 with a heat index of 110 and heat advisory warnings from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. It was brutal. But the dew point wasn't too bad. Today it's a little higher. I caught up with my ex yesterday and it's the same in Mass. if you can believe it. Only they're not dealing with heat index issues but high, high dew points.
