Unfortunately I think that's our new norm in this brave new world.

My best friend got Covid at some point in the past few years and I'm almost positive that she now has long-Covid. I'm wondering when I was so deathly sick in November of 2019 if it wasn't Covid before they were aware it was out there and now I'm dealing with residual effects.

And on the more practical side it doesn't help that the temps are brutal outside and inside buildings/homes the AC is going.
