The brace is finally off and I start Physical therapy tomorrow. I"m not allowed to lift with that arm yet, probably not for another month. Right now, they are going to work on range of motion, which is good. I can't raise my arm much right now.

It feels good to be free of that brace, though, YAY!!!!
