yesterday at home I heard a sound from somwhere inside my place that sounded exactly like when Shiloh would wade into her pie plate to take a bath. It would make a "clink" sound and I could never figure out if it was her beak against the white finish or her toenails. When I heard it, it was as if she'd never left.
