I think genetically he would be mainly German--as the 19th Century Danish, British and Russian royal houses were mainly German in terms of genetics. And of course the Battenburgs were mainly German.

His paternal grandmother Olga Constantinovna was a granddaughter of tsar Nicholas I, just like his first cousin Michael of Greece. Beatrix, Irene and Margriet of the Netherlands are granddaughters of Wilhelmina of the Netherlands herself a granddaughter of Nicholas I's sister Anna Pavlovna. Both of them were born in the 1790's almost 230 year ago.
