I believe for some 'artistic' purpose "Märtha Louise" would be enough. In any case, I believe women in Scandinavia use to have patronymics as surnames so if strictly necessary "Märtha Louise Haraldsen" sounds perfect.
So my wife's surname isn't Warholm? Before we got married, her surname was Wågström. Both men and women in Sweden used patronymics - in the 19th century and earlier.
The first Swedish King in modern time is now known as Gustaf Wasa, but in his own age, he was Gustaf Eriksson.
