I think it is a benefit to have more people in line of succession, to eliminate the risk of the Royal House to become extinct, but I guess the number of HRHs will be decreased in the future. Maybe only children and grandchildren of a Monarch and grandchildren of the heir to the throne will be HRHs. But that is just my guess. I probably won't live to see the gr-grandchildren of the current King.
