I think the reference is to the zoo promising to build a complex several years ago (does anyone remember that pipe dream?), making no real improvements to the field, taking away parking in the process and Heels saying we might have played our last game on that field.

The borough of Norristown controls the situation, so it's probably through their good graces that we have a field next year.

That's just a guess, based on what I and others have heard. Heels or Steve would know best. Time will tell.
