Some of it I like, but the part about win and Your in not being in there is in MHO to keep guys like SVG out of the playoffs. In other words, there is no incentive to win, except for the points awarded. Some drivers would rather not take a chance and wreck to win to get in, and will rather ride in the top 10 each week. Makes sense to me.

Remember, the chase was made because Kenseth won the championship as he should have, but didn't have a win. that is why they put in the "Win You're in rule.

Drop the chase and make the champion, the one with the most points and do away with the stage point crap. Get back to racing and the consistentcy of a driver for a year.

If You are not going to get in for winning, then the leader should not get an advantage with 25 points to start the playoffs. The leader should be the champ and forget the playoffs. Extend the season to 46 races and see who wins it.

It all goes to one thing, the Teams with the deepest pockets will win.
