Glad to see you're surviving winter and things finally moving on your mom's place. Hate things take so long and so much to deal with. Know you'll be glad when it's all over. Praying 2023 is a good year for us all but with out of control inflation it's not looking good for us, especially those on fixed incomes like myself. Glad I made it to another year as was not expected to be here. God had other plans for me, blessed.
