Good seeing you again Gale. I've not been around awhile as still struggling with fatigue from treatments and just trying to stay above water. Glad you all have joined SS and working out. I can't even take short walks and haven't been able to do so for a couple years now. Typical old age bone disease along with my current situation. Have to be careful not to get a fracture as with radiation and the "c" they are more prone to fractures. I agree about all the med ads as well as doctors pushing them. I only take what is absolutely necessary for gastro,thyroid, "c" and take a lot of natural vitamins. Good thing is my oncologist is mostly pleased with my blood labs. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas and not too much snow. I'm ready for SPring!
