Been awhile since I checked in. Been busy doing doctor's appointments. Seems as we get older the more we have. Sick and tired of Medicare and prescription commercials on TV. It's no wonder people's brains are screwed up with all the medications physicians try to put us on. We refuse to be put on too many.
It's not officially Winter yet but weather here in Ohio has been really nice. Temps are in the 40's and 50's. We've had fog and some rain but not much in snow total yet. I'm sure it won't last much longer. Making more suet for my birds today They LOVE my homemade suet!
Tom and I signed up at the "Y" with our Silver Sneakers card, so we've been going 3X's a week. We walk at least a mile or more, then do some machines and then Tom finishes up shooting hoops. I run after wayward balls, lol...

Good seeing you again Gale. I've not been around awhile as still struggling with fatigue from treatments and just trying to stay above water. Glad you all have joined SS and working out. I can't even take short walks and haven't been able to do so for a couple years now. Typical old age bone disease along with my current situation. Have to be careful not to get a fracture as with radiation and the "c" they are more prone to fractures. I agree about all the med ads as well as doctors pushing them. I only take what is absolutely necessary for gastro,thyroid, "c" and take a lot of natural vitamins. Good thing is my oncologist is mostly pleased with my blood labs. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas and not too much snow. I'm ready for SPring!

Sure has been quiet around here lately. Glad to see You posted. I check almost daily and nothing is going on.

Weather here starting to turn. It has been in the high 70.s a couple low 80.s last week or two, and now looks like rain and temps dropping each day for a week or so. Predicted to get in the 30 a couple of nights later in the week.

Don't overdue the "Y" and get those ole muscles hurtin. LOL.

Hope You and Tom have a great Christmas and Healthy New Year.
