He's been great for us,and I'm not saying he needs to go,but he's made some really poor decisions this season.
Reading last week was great,but apart from blackpool away 2nd half when was the last time you said that.
I honestly think chally has brought a lot of this on himself,and we're not going to improve under the current team.
The ballance of the squad is just not working

In all the 100 matches odd matches Chally has been in charge I can only remember about 4 hammerings we've had & tonight's the biggest in league games.

This level we're at now is the highest he's ever managed at so let's cut him some slack eh.

It's football. DC has been awesome. He will get more things wrong as we grow but he has shown that he can learn. Sticking with him will pay dividends in the long term. It was shite, but it happens to us all.

Steady on.I would agree some poor decisions but he has not only never managed at this level but never been dealt the hand this season has given him.

The spine of a Championship winning team jettisoned, 15 new players, an injury crisis to start the season....we have actually done pretty well and it is no surprise we are very Jekyll n Hyde. It will take time to find the right blend n balance and in the meantime we have a new stadium to build .

And that's part of the problem,yes we had injuries at the start of the season,and the team picked itself and we won all 3,since we had players back and he's had players to pick we've gone backwards,that's down to chally

Would you have said that 7 days ago when we produced one of the best performances for years, we are lacking consistency, but we aren’t going backwards in general. He even told us early season that there would be games like this

Not against reading,but Saturday against FGR I would,against lincoln I would,Northampton I would,Charlton I would,wigan I would.
Just because it went great last week doesn't make up for other games despite our squad

Sort of yes. That team at the start of the season were never going to last 46 games. So we were always going to need the squad. And no-one was complaining after Reading. I think we just have to enjoy/deal with the ride for now while the management team strive for consistency...

At the start I said in and around half way would be great,we started like a house on fire,then a bit of a slump without losing but not really winning.
The worry is the 1st decent team we play this season and we got battered at home,and more worrying is most of the under performing players have signed long-term contracts

4 attempts none on target. The midfield is lightweight and how Bate is captain I’ll never know. Outfought, outmuscled, outsmarted and outplayed by a very good looking Wycombe team. They found space and time all over the pitch and we did the opposite. Sorry to say I left with 20 mins to go tonight which is the first time I’ve ever done that on 53 years supporting County. I hope my mojo returns for the game on Satdy!

We got to stick with the manager, a few things to be disgruntled about tonight poss be it individual performances, the players brought in, those let go etc..I'm unhappy on all those fronts but we got to stick with DC imo to find solutions..dont want him just saying we are a new squad , this is a bump in the road mind!

DC has plenty of creds in the bank but we can’t have too many more horror shows like that or Stotty will be wondering if his investment is being managed properly.

Am not harking after any of those we let go. All playing a division down and Sarce and Paddy a lot more fragile now. The switch in the style of play is an interesting one.i wonder how that came about and what the thinking behind it was.

We could do with a Ryan Croasdale type midfielder who helps shield the defence. The midfield was empty yesterday. The defence , every single one of them was atrocious yesterday.

As for Chally he looks naive at this level and his team selections and tactics have been poor at times. We should however absolutely stick by him. He’s a young and upcoming manager who’s on a big learning curve this season. He’s arguably our most successful manager with two titles. It’s a very tough league, much tougher than last year I’ve been told. 18 clubs broke their own transfer record! We stick by each other and lick our wounds and I am sure we’ll enjoy lots of great moments under Chally and promotion in the coming years. I want to see the team improve this season develop a style of play that’s entertaining and obviously not get relegated.

His players massively let him and us down yesterday.

I posted the same thing a couple of weeks ago and said we needed a player like Croasdale, but an upgrade and got pilloried.
Bate doesn’t have the physical presence to do the job that Croasdale did at the level we were at then.
Bate is a good player but not in a Croasdale type role.
I also think Camps is wasted sitting in front of the back four.
The most disappointing player for me so far is Norwood. Is he on holiday for the rest of his contract?

Last night we fell into the same trap as against Orient (and Wycombe were far better than them).
Abandon playing out from the back and lump it to Wootton who was up against 2 giant CB’s (same as Orient).
Also, we have had good success in games when playing Will Collar as a 10 feeding off scraps created by Wootton.
Why change it last night by playing Fiorini there? Answer: because he was being asked to play a midfield role that should be commanded by Norwood/ Fiorini. What a mess.
Expect a 0-0 draw on Saturday after that football lesson last night.

We have a replacement for Croasdale - Lewis Bate. I think Bate is a bit of an upgrade on Croasdale, who I thought was great for us, as he is quicker and has a better range of passing.

But its difficult to shield the defence when the defence is non-existent.
