Ground development costs

There was some astronomical costs mentioned in regards to the ground redevelopment. Was it 30 million plus ? I would be interested to know the breakdown of how much each stand will cost and how that will be funded. With the Council owning the ground can they tap into funds/grants to fund it ? I listened to a Barnsley podcast with the club owners and they mentioned something along those lines.

Happy to stand corrected here but don't think we can say the council own the ground as was prev the case before the club owners entered into the long lease with the council, the council now owning the freehold and presumably taking an annual rent off the club, all be it prob a nominal sum. As such redevelop costs would likely be the clubs responsibiliy..I'm guessing whatever the cost is it'll have been budgeted for, financially planned..
