The mismanagement does indeed go back decades, every government has been to blame, but the more money that has been thrown at it the more it swallows up, 52% of all staff are non clinical, ie admin. then they have the cheek to start taking on dozens of diversity officers. It needs an overhaul from top to bottom. And I will guarantee that you pay about 50% of the price of a ream of A4 paper compared to the price the NHS pay. I have said for years that I would work on 1% commission of savings I can make for them on stationary only. And your pee would boil if you knew how much they pay for paracetamol
