Dear board Administrator What you may deem as essential is obviously irrelevant to The Marsden Committee. We require no statutory or legal provision to invoke the rules by which we must all abide. You are unable to exercise claimed Marsden rights to legal representation. This is because you are relying on timely exercise of this right when you are contesting an established law that enforces a certain period of time. The contradiction is as glaring for everyone else as it is embarrassing for you. You are dismissed. Regards The Marsden Committee |
