Using strict application of the laws, this would be considered a Marsden as it was posted a full 28 seconds behind the original poster's revelation concerning the pitch inspection. But in Book 17 page 283 paragraph 22, it clearly states that "the Committee must allow a period of 45 seconds for a Marsden-accused poster to have noted any posts of the same subject that have hitherto been posted. If the alleged Marsdening post occurs within those 45 seconds, then the Committee is to exercise leniency when considering the allegation of Marsden." So on this occasion, the wretched accused is to be let off with a warning to ensure adequate research via sufficient readage of the board before posting such revelations in future.and will not on this particular occasion be subject to further punishment.
