The selection of Jaros and the dropping of Ben is just one of many debatable decisions this season. Jaros will undoubtedly become a better keeper than Ben, but for now (in my opinion) there is little between them. Both make mistakes as do all keepers. Harrogate offered little by way of attacking intent today until the very end. The introduction of their number 8 (Angus) with the game nearly over nearly won the game for them at the death but for a great save by Jaros. I don’t see goalkeeping as being our main problem, but boy oh boy do we have problems in other areas on the pitch. |
