Challinor thought Ben was good enough for this level because he offered him a new contract in the summer and started him for the first two games. I'm not doubting that Jaros is a better prospect than Ben and is probably likely to have a better career overall, but we're dealing with the here and now; Jaros is here until the summer and right now he doesn't look any better than Ben. As I say, Jaros shouldn't be dropped but what if Ben has two fantastic games while Jaros is away? Challinor was quick enough to drop Ben so will he do the same to Jaros? |
