Spot on. I think it sounds a decent appointment and underlines the continued commitment of the owner to County: remember some were questioning whether he'd be getting disheartened by underwhelming results. However,I have to agree that it is frustrating not having a top class manager in place. If you are going to really go for it spending wise,then the first priority should be the manager. What's so frustrating is that everything else in the club seems in place for lift off.I'm just not confident this management team can deliver.
