Half agree, I would rather we don't turn in to a club that's getting a new manager every 5 minutes. For me, if he doesn't make top 2/3 he's been a failure - Gannon was heading in that direction. But it's got to be alot harder to pick up where someone else has left off rather than start from scratch - In this respect the failure I refer to has to be on Simon Wilson for making the change.
Rusk as a manager for me should be judged after a full season including preseason to prepare. Having said that if Chesterfield and Notts overtake us and we don't make the play offs I would imagine he would be on his way out with Wilson not too far behind him.
