Yes he's stopped the team conceding as many but has in the same breath stifled the team's attacking abilities. He's brought in 3 attackers now and none have hit the ground running.
He's taken Bennett out of the team who was the one creating the chances that Reid and others were taking.
Forget previous years and your need to caveat everything with a dig at the previous manager; what Rusk is doing right now is what matters and what he's doing has caused the goals to dry up. The team are averaging less than a goal a game and have failed to score in 6 out of 9 games.
