Good points. First off, I love JG, and there would have been nothing sweeter for me as a fan than to see the utopia of our rise with Jim at the helm for all of it.
The behaviours and comments can be possibly applied to almost any boss / recruitment process across most other lines of industry, so not sure why SW is just comparable to RM.
Also, in the fairness of balance, there are a lot of other things that I have read on SW and his CV that are completely non comparable with RM, which in my humble view are far more positive than negative.
On the unreasonableness of the updates provided, I am not sure I can answer. The rationale for this is unknown, and I can only guess from the outside looking in, is only known between a small number of people.
