    I said on a different thread that I would have preferred to see Stott play in a 3 at the back - I get your point, but he'll change the side to play against the team in front of him. We were massively unlucky tonight, the first was never a red card and I thought we managed the game bloody well until half time. Gannon clearly had a better idea than Challinor.

    I think we came out with the right attitude in the second half but conceding from a corner (for the first time this season) killed us. I think Minihan and Hogan had mares, probably because they were scared to make any tackles but you take somebody like Palmer out of the back line they're going to struggle - fault of the officials, not the manager. Unfair and ludicrous in my opinion to judge the tactics on tonight.

    Notts was a different game, we were obviously missing a left sided defender which essentially lost us the game. Thought Williams did ok but he's an attacker, if he'd have cleared that ball and we end up drawing away to a team like Notts County - we'd probably have taken that before the game.
