The government will decide the covid restrictions and whether crowds (or a percentage of fans) are allowed in the stadiums.

However, the FA, EFL and National League need to work on the assumption that there will be massive disruption to games next season and restrictions will be tightened and relaxed. Crowds could be completely banned on a local level.

Therefore it is up to the FA, EFL and National League to work with the government to relax laws on broadcasting of live games and ensure they put in place a structure so every game can be live streamed and fans can pay for each match.

These bodies have a massive amount of work to do and they cannot and must not leave this to the government, otherwise Clubs will be left with no finance and we will see many going out of business.

What do we hear from the National League? Absolutely nothing
