It's most certainly IMO well thought through as a response to the unique emergency we face, indeed what the world faces!
It’s certainly not been done simply to make a political point it’s a sensible broad strategy for an emergency.
IMO Sunak fully understands what has transpired and what is needed and he is IMO on matters economy very much in control.
There will be an economic price for us all to pay long term for sure as there will be for every world economy and we will have to face what is required to resolve matters
We elect a government to manage the economy and we will have the opportunity at the next election to measure how this government has performed - and if we don't like it we vote them out, if we do like it we give them the opportunity to continue, it’s as simple as that!
There will of course be those who already claim they know exactly what the future holds, personally as the future hasn't happened yet I will evaluate the facts of what’s transpired.
