That's completely abdicating responsibility, which is exactly what I'd expect the National League to do.
The National League are the organisers and administrators of the league. They cannot sit back and see what happens. If they do, the 2020 - 21 season won't start and we will see lots of clubs going bankrupt.
Live streaming of games cannot be set up overnight.
Nor can organising football stadiums around social distancing rules.
You have to plan and also cover several scenarios. It takes time. Clubs need to be issued with guidelines so they can get their logistics right.
The National League need to be liasing with the government, broadcasters, FA, etc to see what can be done. Also a funding packaging needs to be put in place to help clubs through this.
